Common Mistakes to Avoid

Safety Data Sheet provided only in English or German

Consequence: The FDS is rejected by Amazon.fr and the listing can be suspended. DGCCRF can impose fines up to EUR 15,000 (natural person) or EUR 75,000 (legal entity). End consumers and professional users have no access to critical safety information.
