What Does Amazon Cost in the EU?
Selling on Amazon in the EU costs a selling plan fee plus a referral fee on every item sold, which for most categories is between 8% and 15%. With Fulfilment by Amazon (FBA), a fulfilment fee per unit based on product type, size and weight and a monthly storage fee per cubic metre are added.

- Professional selling plan: EUR 39 per month (excl. VAT). Individual plan: EUR 0.99 per unit sold.
- Referral fee: depends on the product category, for most categories between 8% and 15%.
- FBA fulfilment fee: flat fee per unit based on product type, size and weight. Most products priced up to EUR 20 qualify for the Low-Price FBA rates.
- FBA storage fee, standard size, all other categories, non-dangerous goods: EUR 27.54 per cubic metre per month from January to September, EUR 52.20 from October to December.

Cosmetic products fall under EU Cosmetics Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009. CPNP notification is mandatory before placing on the market. Safety assessment by a qualified safety assessor required.
Dietary Supplements
Dietary supplements fall under Directive 2002/46/EC and national regulations. Novel Food checks needed for new ingredients. Health claims must be authorized under Regulation 1924/2006.

Vehicle parts often need E-mark (ECE approval) or national type approval. Electronic accessories: CE marking + EMC. Car care products: CLP Regulation. Safety-relevant parts subject to special testing requirements.
