EPR is one of the most common compliance hurdles for Amazon sellers. Without valid registration, listings can be suspended. Amazon actively checks registration numbers.
What you need to do
Register with national EPR schemes in every EU country of sale. In Germany: LUCID for packaging, stiftung ear for electronics, BattG register for batteries.
