Wholesale prices dictated by Amazon, unpredictable chargebacks, and no control over listings or pricing left HP Autoteile with thin margins and growing frustration.

The Vendor model made sense when the priority was simplicity. But as the business grew, the loss of control became a strategic liability. Chargebacks were appearing regularly, and the margin on high-SKU automotive products left little room to invest in growth.

They needed to migrate to Seller Central without revenue disruption — and they needed someone who'd done it before.
