We purchase your products at fair wholesale terms. Cash on your account before the first customer clicks Buy — and zero risk of unsold FBA stock weighing down your books. Predictable revenue from day one, even when a launch takes time to ramp.
We sell.
Across 12+ Amazon marketplaces, through our "Mothership" infrastructure. Listing, pricing, FBA, VAT, ad tech, customer service — one contract, no extra hires, no seller account. We become your customer, not another agency on retainer.
You grow.
You focus on growth. We deliver the data. You call the shots.
As your Amazon Broker, we start by understanding your goals, openly discussing opportunities, and shaping a clear business case. Together, we agree on fair purchase terms and responsibilities tailored to your preferences. We become your customer – as your Amazon Broker, we buy your products and manage the launch logistics. Finally, your brand is live on Amazon, exactly how and where you choose.
From there we as your Amazon Broker safeguard momentum: syncing inventory, driving ads, and fine-tuning listings country by country. Our portal shows sales, fees, and customer feedback in real time, while our team handles taxes, returns, and support tickets. Each month you receive performance insights, profit payouts, and options to expand into new channels.

Software
Your cockpit for success.
Galaxy and BidX put you in control, real-time insights, full transparency, and smart reporting at your fingertips. Your cockpit for Amazon success.
Operations
We don't just advise, we do.
A team with hands-on expertise, seamless execution, and global e-commerce know-how. We don't just advise, we do.
Honesty first
WHAT WE DON'T DO.
Transparency starts with saying clearly what we're not for. Five things SPACEGOATS deliberately leaves out.
No price guarantees
We don't lock in retail prices or fixed margins, Amazon moves, and so do we.
No long-haul distributor
We buy strategically, not as a multi-year warehouse. Sell-through always comes first.
No pure agency
Photo, video, brand strategy come as add-ons, not as our core business.
No third-party accounts
We only operate our own Seller accounts, never those of other brands.
No coaching
We don't teach you, we execute. Operations, not theory.
Who does what
UP TO YOU.
Fully Modular. Whatever you don't bring, we cover.

Head of New Business
For years, I've helped brands navigate the complexity of selling on Amazon across borders. I know the hidden hurdles, from taxes and logistics to cultural nuances, and how to turn them into opportunities. At SPACEGOATS, I make sure your expansion is smooth, compliant, and sustainable.
Two options, negotiable based on volume and maturity: Option A: staggered payment following sell-through in the next month. If the goods sell through within one month, we pay in month 2. Slower sell-through = later payment. Option B: flat payment 90 days after goods receipt, independent of sell-through. Useful for initial deliveries in the ramp-up phase.
Is there a minimum volume or minimum order?
No. SPACEGOATS waives fixed take-out quantities. Orders run rolling based on sell-through and forecast. Forecast accuracy per ASIN improves with every month of sales data.
How long is the contract term?
The standard contract runs 12 months minimum, with 3 months' notice to end of the initial term. For brands on a dedicated subaccount under the SPACEGOATS umbrella (typically from €100k–€150k+ monthly Amazon revenue), the minimum term is 24 months because of the setup investment and amortization.
Who carries the FX risk?
SPACEGOATS. You invoice in EUR for all EU markets, in GBP for UK. No FX exposure for the brand, no multi-currency reconciliation required.
How fast is kickoff to go-live?
2–4 weeks on core SKUs with existing content. For new listings and A+ content, 4–6 weeks. First sell-out data appears in Galaxy on day 1 after go-live.
Which marketplaces are covered?
We actively sell on amazon.de, .it, .es, .fr, .nl, .pl, .se, .com.be (the eight PAN-EU markets), .co.uk for the UK with our own UK VAT ID and UK FBA inventory, and amazon.com in the US through our subsidiary in Miami, Florida. VAT, EPR, and GPSR compliance run centrally through the relevant SPACEGOATS group entity, so no local registrations on your side.
What happens when the contract ends? Do I lose my Amazon presence?
No. Everything that's brand-bound stays with the brand: ASINs, listings, reviews, rankings, sales history. Brand Registry sits with you throughout, never with us. Brand Store and A+ Content can be migrated or rebuilt in parallel on a new account. Campaign data and search-term reports are available through Galaxy and BidX so a new partner can rebuild the campaign structure. Personal end-customer data and service tickets we can't hand over for GDPR reasons. Remaining inventory is sold through during the 3-month notice period, then either returned at your cost or settled by discount. There's no account-takeover fee because there's no account to take over.
Why doesn't SPACEGOATS hand me my own Amazon Seller Central account?
Because that's the definition of Merchant of Record, and it's deliberate. The Amazon account sits with a SPACEGOATS group entity throughout the contract. The trade-off: in exchange for not owning the account at the end, you carry zero Amazon-side KYC, VAT, EPR, GPSR, or importer-of-record obligations for the entire contract duration. A broker that hands you your own account has been making you carry those obligations the whole time. For brands at €100k–€150k+ monthly Amazon revenue that want a dedicated environment, a brand-specific subaccount can be set up under the SPACEGOATS umbrella, still operationally run by SPACEGOATS, still without compliance burden on the brand.
Who creates and approves listings, A+ Content, and Brand Store?
Brand Registry always sits with you, the brand. Content creation is modular: SPACEGOATS can create and upload everything (common in Autopilot), or you or your agency can create the content and we upload and escalate where needed (common in Captain Seat, where our SAS Enterprise escalation network really pays off), or you upload via your own Vendor Central and we attach our seller offer, or you upload via your own Seller Central in a country you don't sell into. Where a brand preference conflicts with Amazon TOS, Amazon TOS wins — that's not negotiable. Where the conflict is SEO-related without TOS implications, the brand decides.
What does SPACEGOATS take legal responsibility for as Merchant of Record?
We're the legal carrier and responsible party, not just an advisor. We act as importer of record in every market we serve. EPR registrations outside Germany run through us; in Germany you may need to partially register yourself if you're classified as the manufacturer. GPSR on the Amazon side is automatically covered by the MoR model. Health claims per country for supplements and similar categories, VAT filings across all operated marketplaces, and the full US compliance stack (sales tax and nexus, FDA, labeling, importer-of-record) via our Miami-based US subsidiary. Tobacco is explicitly excluded.

More about Amazon Brokers
Amazon Broker. Clearly Explained.
A compact breakdown of the broker model, how SPACEGOATS runs it, and where it differs from a traditional Amazon agency setup.
Definition
Amazon Broker: definition and how it works
An Amazon Broker is a service provider that purchases products from brands and resells them on Amazon using its own seller infrastructure. Unlike traditional Amazon agencies that manage a brand's own seller account, a broker operates independently, handling fulfillment, compliance, VAT, advertising, and customer service across multiple marketplaces.
The brand ships products to the broker and receives monthly profit payouts without needing its own Amazon Seller Central account. A broker is also fundamentally different from an aggregator — see Broker vs. Aggregator for why your brand stays 100% yours.
SPACEGOATS Model
SPACEGOATS as Amazon Broker
SPACEGOATS pioneered this model in Europe in 2016. As one of the largest Amazon Brokers, SPACEGOATS operates across 11+ Amazon marketplaces in Europe and North America, managing over 100 brands and selling 2 million+ products annually through its proprietary “Mothership” seller account infrastructure.
