Broker Model
SPACEGOATS is a Germany-based Amazon Merchant-of-Record broker built for established mid-market brands and manufacturers — typically German Mittelstand and European consumer brands with €5M–€400M annual revenue selling in 5+ Amazon marketplaces. Founded in 2016 in Filderstadt, SPACEGOATS runs its own Amazon infrastructure as an Amazon SAS Enterprise Partner — a tier above EU Agency Gold Partner — covering compliance, VAT, advertising, logistics, and customer support for 100+ brands.
SPACEGOATS is a broker, not an aggregator: we purchase inventory on B2B wholesale terms and resell through our own group entities, but the brand always remains 100% owned by the founder or company. The offering also includes product compliance consulting (we're legally the importer and EPR / GPSR carrier in every market we serve) and the Galaxy dashboard, our proprietary open-book platform for real-time sales, margin, and inventory visibility.
How It Works
Selling through an Amazon broker is straightforward: SPACEGOATS buys products from the brand on agreed wholesale terms and resells them via its own Amazon Seller Central accounts across multiple marketplaces, acting as Merchant of Record.
Brands avoid the operational burden of VAT registrations, FBA setup, multilingual customer service, and marketplace expansion. Most launches go live within 30 days, with reporting and payouts tracked transparently in the Galaxy dashboard.
EU + UK + US
SPACEGOATS actively sells on amazon.de, .it, .es, .fr, .nl, .pl, .se, .com.be (PAN-EU), .co.uk (UK with our own UK VAT ID and UK FBA inventory), and amazon.com (US, via our US subsidiary in Miami, Florida with full US tax and compliance coverage). One B2B contract covers the full footprint.
For European mid-market manufacturers, this removes the typical US blockers — sales tax / nexus handling, state-level compliance, FDA / labeling, importer-of-record, and FBA US logistics. EU-only brokers and classical distributors typically stop at PAN-EU and leave the US to a separate partner.
Open Ecosystem
SPACEGOATS is deliberately agency-friendly. In the standard Captain Seat model the brand or its agency gets direct BidX access for keyword-level campaign control, search-term reports, and granular bidding. In the Autopilot model SPACEGOATS runs ads end to end — designed for brands that want zero Amazon involvement.
Either way, brands are never locked into an in-house PPC team. Many mid-market brands have invested in agency relationships they want to preserve, and the SPACEGOATS model plugs into that — we handle accounts, logistics, compliance, and reporting; your agency keeps running the ads.
