The dedicated subaccount is designed for brands that have outgrown the shared Mothership model and want a dedicated Amazon environment — typically from €100k–€150k+ monthly Amazon revenue. The subaccount is set up under the SPACEGOATS umbrella via our group entity, with brand-isolated scope and reporting, but is still legally owned and operationally run by SPACEGOATS. The brand keeps zero compliance, VAT, EPR or KYC obligations on the Amazon side, but benefits from dedicated infrastructure.

What is Amazon SAS Enterprise — and how does SPACEGOATS use it?

Amazon SAS (Strategic Account Services) Enterprise is Amazon’s top partner tier for service providers operating at scale — a level above the EU Agency Gold Partner Status. SPACEGOATS holds SAS Enterprise status, which gives every brand operating through us access to a dedicated Amazon consultant for escalations (including the US), a Primary Case Manager, Listing Execution Service, Amazon-side compliance support, API support, and the ability to operate multiple accounts under our group umbrella.

For brands at €100k–€150k+ monthly Amazon revenue, SPACEGOATS can move the brand from the shared Mothership infrastructure to a dedicated subaccount under our umbrella — a brand-isolated Amazon environment that still runs through a SPACEGOATS group entity (we remain Merchant of Record, the brand keeps zero KYC, VAT, or compliance obligations). Setup typically takes 4–8 weeks and includes listing migration, ad campaign transfer, and Galaxy + BidX integration.
