New Look, Better Experience: Say Hello to the Rebranded Galaxy

Over the past few weeks, we’ve been quietly working behind the scenes on a full design and tech overhaul of the Galaxy — and now, it’s here. From styling to speed, accessibility to analytics, we’ve rebuilt the Galaxy with your everyday needs in mind. In this post, we’ll walk you through what’s changed, why it matters, and what you can look forward to when you log in.

A Fresh Coat of Paint (That Does a Lot More)

Let’s start with the most obvious update: the Galaxy has a new look. You’ll notice a cleaner, more modern interface that reflects SPACEGOATS’ current branding, including new color palettes and a more intuitive layout. But this isn’t just a design update, it’s a foundational shift.

We’ve moved from an outdated component library to Tailwind CSS, a modern styling framework that’s lighter, faster, and easier to work with (especially when it comes to AI-assisted coding). That means fewer limitations for us and a more polished, responsive experience for you. Additionally, with the new framework we will be able to launch new features much faster then before.

Speed You Can Feel

One of the most significant upgrades is performance. The Galaxy now uses intelligent caching, so when you navigate between tools like Product Overview, Finance, or Shipments, you won’t have to wait for them to reload every time. Pages that have been visited once load almost instantly after that.

Especially for larger accounts or high-volume sellers, this change makes a big difference. The interface responds faster, transitions are smoother, and it just feels snappier overall, whether you’re on desktop or mobile.

Navigation That Gets Out of the Way

We also reworked the user experience from the ground up. Every view inside the Galaxy now follows a consistent structure, so you don’t need to re-learn where buttons live or how tabs behave from section to section.

Take shipment creation as an example. What used to take six steps has been streamlined into four, with more actions possible in each step. Views like Amazon Shipments, which were previously spread across multiple tabs, are now consolidated into clean, status-based tables.

Whether you’re deep-diving into reports or simply adding a product, everything is faster, simpler, and easier to understand.

Accessibility that Actually Works

We’ve taken real steps toward making the Galaxy more accessible: starting with full keyboard navigation. You can now filter, sort, and navigate views without ever touching your mouse. Focus behavior has been cleaned up, and layout adjustments like right-aligned numerical columns make tables easier to scan at a glance.

In addition, the you don’t have to change your color mode manually, as it follows your system settings. So if your laptop is set to dark appearance, the Galaxy will automatically match it.

Galaxy on Mobile — Now Actually Enjoyable

The Galaxy has always been accessible on mobile, but now it’s finally optimized for it. Around 20% of our users log in via their phones, and with this update, the experience has improved. Views are responsive, layouts adapt smoothly to smaller screens, and caching ensures faster load times across the board. Whether you’re checking performance metrics or reviewing transactions while on the move, the Galaxy now works the way you’d expect — intuitive, clean, and frustration-free.

Smarter, More Visual Data

The data views across the Galaxy haven’t just been restyled, but rethought. In the Finance Dashboard, you now have the option to switch between area, line, or bar charts, depending on what you want to visualize.

Tables have been made more compact, so you can see more data without scrolling endlessly. A small change that makes a big impact when managing hundreds of listings.

Built for the New Billing Model

With the rollout of our new Retail billing model, we made sure the Galaxy reflects those changes in a meaningful way.

The Finance Dashboard now shows your last payout, your next scheduled payout, and more transparent breakdowns of earnings — all at a glance. Invoices and transactions are easier to navigate and no longer buried behind multiple clicks. If you’re working in the new model, this interface now finally supports you the way it should.

Focusing on the Data You Actually Use

As part of the clean-up, we’ve also removed some features that weren’t being used. Based on data showing only little downloads over the past six month, the Inventory Health report, for example, has been retired. Order and Business Reports, however, remain and are now easier to read and export.

Final Thoughts

The rebranding of the Galaxy isn’t just a cosmetic update — it’s a complete rethink of how you interact with our platform. It’s faster. It’s more intuitive. It’s more aligned with how you actually work.

Whether you’re managing thousands of listings, checking payouts from your phone, or navigating multilingual marketplaces, the Galaxy now gives you the experience you deserve — one that’s built to scale with your business and reflect your workflows.

Already using the Galaxy? You’ll feel the difference right away. Just logging in? Welcome to the new standard.
